NAACP imagae Awards 2011 Nominations music category was announced at the Paley Center for Media, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, (12 / 1). The event this time was dominated by Sade, by receiving four nominations, including Outstanding Female Artist, Outstanding Music Video, Outstanding Song and Outstanding Album.
Herbie Hancock followed behind with three nominations, namely the Outstanding Duo, Group or Collaboration, Outstanding Jazz Album and Outstanding World Music Album.
Kanye West, Rihanna, Usher, Alicia Keys must be satisfied by receiving a single nomination. Announcement of winners will be announced on March 4, 2011 on FOX television station.
