His comments raised following the disclosure by an expert in the United States that he has reviewed a uranium enrichment plant in communist country, which raises the prospect that Pyongyang was ready to make a lot of atomic bombs. "North Korea's nuclear Making absolutely unacceptable from the standpoint of Japan's security and peace and stability in the region," said Chief Cabinet Secretary Sengoku told reporters.

"We will continue to make best efforts to sanction North Korea's nuclear development in cooperation with the United States, South Korea and China," he told a regular press conference.

U.S. expert, Siegfried Hecker, explained at the end of last week that he has reviewed a modern uranium enrichment plant that is equipped with at least 1,000 centrifuges on 12 November at the Yongbyon nuclear complex
